Cafe France

It was my first time to dine at Cafe France, though I frequent to DeliFrance (former name) before, mostly with my Mom who's a patron of their buy one take one's. I know I'm up to something good as I pick my seat, after being so tired-out at work that day. The moment my order was served, I can already smell the goodness of their pasta. It was past 5pm and was already slightly hungry but with how they fixed my food tray, I wish I could just dig in without ruining the food presentation.

Seafood Deluxe Clubhouse and Seafood Marinara Php280.00

I know it sounded like a high-end, custom wear clothing for women but it's actually a set meal of  French gourmet tray comprised of pasta & sandwich combo with soup, dessert, and a drink. They also have other tray couture like Adelle, Marguerite, and Philippe. So posh! My bread sticks are paired with a dip, contained in a taller kind shot glass, that is almost similar to a soup. It was ordinary so didn't pay much attention.

So let's talk about the Seafood Marinara. Serving is of healthy portion (though I wish I had a full plate), with generous amount of shrimps and tasted really, really good. The cube-sliced green peppers gave that extra spice and blended well with the sauce. Délicieux!

While the seafood deluxe clubhouse was a jam-packed crab sandwich with lettuce and tuna spread. It tasted a bit sour for me though but I'm not giving up on the other sandwiches. The seafood clubhouse isn't too complicated to prepare so I've thought of buying the ingredients for a healthy snack at home or even breakfast.

Next visit, I'm eager to try their baguettes and croissants! :)
